General Rules

Dear Parents,

In order to sustain our Educational Standards & succeed in our Mission, your assistance and cooperation as parents are very essential to ensure Quality, Safety, Efficiency & Productivity of our Services (Q.S.E.P.S.). Here are the General Rules of Alqalam Learning Institute:

1-Please be on time for drop-offs & pickups of your child/children.

2- Only a parent or an authorized person is allowed to pick up a child. This person will need to sign out your child & show a picture ID before your child will be released. In case of emergency, a phone call from a parent is to be considered.

3- Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each month.

4- There will be no classes on the first day of Eid Alfitr & Eid Aladha.

5- In case of a bad weather, parents will be informed of the cancelation. No credit will be held for the next month.

6- In case of canceling the classes for any other reasons, the institute will be responsible of making up the classes or will held up the credit for the next month.

For any concern or suggestion regarding your child's learning experience, your constructive input is highly appreciated.
